In Week 1 we’ll get right into circuit training, targeting a different muscle group each day.  Shocking your muscles with intense workouts from the start will help you see results more quickly.

WEEK #2: Feel the Burn

Week 2 focuses on interval training with shorter rest periods to crank up your heart rate.  Switching up the workout style will help shed fat and build up your stamina so you can finish your workouts.

WEEK #3: Up the Intensity

By week 3 you’ll be feeling a lot stronger and you’ll probably start noticing your body changing.  At this point we will go back to targeting individual muscle groups to build strength and size.  You’ll be able to do more reps and go harder in your workouts.

WEEK #4: The Transformation

WEEK #4: The Transformation

Now you’ll notice changes — less fat in the mid section, increased muscle definition and most importantly, you should start to have real control over your body. Week 4 we get back to the Tabata style to kill more fat and burn out the muscles.
